Procedo
Terms and Conditions & Service Charter
Last updated: August 2026
This page governs use of the Procedo platform. It has two parts: Terms and Conditions, and the Service Charter. By using the platform you agree to them. Procedo may update these terms and will notify users by publishing the revised version on the site.
Part 1: Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Procedo is a digital platform for requesting and tracking legal, investment, and administrative services in Egypt. Using the platform means you accept these terms. The company may amend them and will notify users by publishing updates on the site.
2. Account creation
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep your login credentials secure. Creating more than one account for the same person without management approval is not allowed.
3. Service requests
Submitting a request does not mean automatic acceptance. Requests are reviewed before work begins, and Procedo may ask for additional documents or information first.
4. Documents
You are responsible for the accuracy of all uploaded documents. Files are treated as confidential. Procedo may reject documents that are unclear, incomplete, or unlawful.
5. Payments
Service amounts appear clearly in your client file. Government or third-party fees are not included in the service fee unless stated. Late payment may pause or delay delivery. Payment receipts are kept in your file.
6. Timelines
Published timelines are estimates and may change due to government procedures or circumstances beyond Procedo's control. Procedo is not responsible for delays caused by official authorities.
7. Communication
Updates inside the client portal are the primary record for your request. Email or WhatsApp may be used as supporting channels.
8. Client portal
Each client receives a private digital space in Procedo to:
- Track requests.
- Upload documents.
- Receive final documents.
- Follow payments.
- Contact the person responsible for the file.
- Follow progress.
- Return to previous services.
9. Digital archive
After a service ends, your file is retained in Procedo and may include original and final documents, contracts, payment receipts, a reference number, and a full activity history. It remains available under the data-retention policy.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
Procedo keeps client data and documents confidential and does not share them except with your consent or when required by law.
11. Intellectual property
Site content, designs, logos, brand identity, and materials belong to Procedo and may not be used without written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
Procedo is not liable for incorrect documents you submit, government decisions or delays, or information you withhold that affects delivery.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
Part 2: Service Charter
